The Rick Baker effects (!!!) while crude can be reasonably affective at times. The chase between twenty police cars and two men (one with two heads) on a dirt bike, that is essentially driving in circles in a field for fifteen minutes, is pleasingly hypnotic. The prosthetic heads look pretty good for a film that cost roughly ten bucks.
