I looked around and found 2 on Curseforge, otherwise nothing, archives that don't lead anywhere, and mod repost sites have dropped the downloads. For 1.8 & 1.8.9, if for 1.8.9 then obviously it's unfortunate, the latter are 1.8.9 and this file says 1.8 & 1.8.9:
This is a little mod revolving around a mob called the Summoner. You might recognize him as an Illager and his name probably gives away what he does. There is more to him than you think however. Continue below for more info. This mod is still in beta!
