It’s really funny how people see me and treat me, since I’m really just a simple, boring person. So says Finbar McBride, the hero of “The Station Agent.”. Nothing in life interests him more than trains.
I have watched this movie hundreds of times, specifically when I am having some of my more difficult times (finals during college, breakups, big life changes, etc). I highly recommend giving it a chance if that is the only reason you have been reluctant to watch it.
