Netflix has a little drama, The Stand at Paxton County, that can be neglected for its hackneyed plot but not ignored for the real-life application of a new law opening ranches in the NW to exploitation and old-fashioned rustling.

Netflix have largely been quite good over the last few years at spotting a low budget, small town crime film. The Stand at Paxton County isn't the best of them but it's pretty decent. A couple of reviewers have criticised it for feeling like a Lifetime movie, and I can sort of see that criticism.
