I'm pretty sure the ITP art depicts some sort of skull/brain scan but which one specifically (X-ray, MRI etc), I'm not sure. It fits the theme of the album as it delves into analyzing people's thoughts and behaviors. TSOP depicts a scary looking mountain with people climbing to the top.
