    • Julie Andrews. The most iconic actress from "The Sound of Music," and the most beloved, Dame Julie Andrews is still out there making movies. Although her role as the singing nun-turned-nanny-turned-mother Maria and her role as "Mary Poppins" are her most famous, Andrews would go on to star in films directed by accomplished filmmakers, including Alfred Hitchcock, Garry Marshall, and Blake Edwards, who she would be married to for just over 40 years until his death.
    • Nicholas Hammond. Before playing the eldest von Trapp brother, Friedrich, in "The Sound of Music," Nicholas Hammond's only other feature film credit was 1963's "Lord of the Flies."
    • Duane Chase. Outside of "The Sound of Music," in which he played Kurt, the youngest of the von Trapp boys, Duane Chase only appeared in two other productions as an actor before quitting the game entirely.
    • Angela Cartwright. Angela Cartwright may have played the young Brigitta von Trapp in the original "Sound of Music" feature, but that's not the role she's most famous for.

    • Odessa Cleveland (Ginger Bayliss) Age: 79 years. Odessa Cleveland appeared on M*A*S*H from 1972-1975 as Ginger Bayliss, one of the most frequently featured nurses over the first few seasons.
    • Jeff Maxwell (Igor Straminsky) Age: 76 years. Jeff Maxwell was never a series regular on M*A*S*H, but he appeared on the show in a recurring role for ten years.
    • Mike Farrell (Captain Hunnicutt) Age: 85 years. Mike Farrell joined the cast of M*A*S*H in season four as Captain B.J. Hunnicutt, a replacement for Wayne Rogers' character "Trapper" John.
    • Gary Burghoff (“Radar” O’Reilly) Age: 80 years. Gary Burghoff played the popular character Walter "Radar" O'Reilly on M*A*S*H for the first eight seasons of the show's run.
    • John Travolta as Danny Zuko. Travolta is still the one that Hollywood wants. The 69-year-old father of three, married to the late Kelly Preston, has acted in tons of movies, including Pulp Fiction (1994), Face/Off (1997), Wild Hogs (2007), Hairspray (2007), Bolt (2008), Savages (2012), Gotti (2018), The Fanatic (2019) and Paradise City (2022).
    • Olivia Newton-John as Sandy Olsson. Newton-John died after a 30-year journey with breast cancer at age 73 in 2022, but her legacy will live on forever. She's best remembered for her Grammy-winning music career, rather than film (the exceptions being Grease, Xanadu and Glee).
    • Stockard Channing as Betty Rizzo. Following her Grease days, Channing really hit her stride in the world of TV, playing the Emmy-winning role of First Lady Abbey Bartlet on The West Wing for seven years.
    • Jeff Conaway as Kenickie. Post-Grease, Conaway earned a part on the show Taxi and continued with music as the frontman for the band 3 1/2. In his personal life, he had problems with drug use and often spoke out about his experiences with substance abuse.
