   • The Oak has two levels which cater to two distinct experiences - downstairs is a restaurant, and the upstairs is a posh bar / lounge area with a private dining room for those inclined. This review only speaks to the upstairs bar and dining room experience. The upstairs lounge had the vibe of a members only venue having luxurious furnishings.
