Use the mountains or the upper bridge, and don't go all the way north in the mountains, there's a rooftop LMG that will fuck you up. Also, don't hit the minefield. If you spawn anywhere on the beach, DO NOT MOVE. You are within 20-30 seconds of probably multiple PMCs.

Well... there is a way to "cheat" this quest. Just find a friend with shitload of time (or more to make it quick), switch to low traffic server, join together at the same time (not in group) and there is 99% chance you will end up both in the same match.
My biggest tip is that the quest has been bugged for months, and only requires a balaclava to be worn. I got half of the kills sitting on the roof looking down into the hallway of the other building that ends with ledx spawn room.
