Fresh Meat is a Franklin & Michael mission in IGN's Grand Theft Auto 5 Walkthrough. This guide will highlight the main mission strategies and Gold Medal requirements needed to complete every main story mission. This mission can be triggered by either Franklin or Trevor. After the opening cutscene, Franklin gives Lester a call. From there, get into Frank's car and drive away to trigger a cutscene with Michael.

To achieve the "Swift Race" and "Sense of Direction" requirements, you need to know Michael's exact location and get there quickly without using a waypoint. The location is two blocks EAST of the Ammu-Nation in Cypress Flats, so drive south past the Dollar Pills store and turn left at the railroad tracks and then drive east all the way past the Ammu-Nation.
Once Franklin finds the slaughterhouse, several Chinese gang members will be stationed at the entrance. Shoot them down and then enter the slaughterhouse and fight your way thru until you find Michael.
After you find Michael, the perspective switches and Mike will need to gun down several pursuing baddies while upside down. Gun down all the baddies and the perspective switches back to Franklin.
Move through the corridor and shoot down more baddies until a cutscene shows Franklin getting knocked down by a knife-wielding thug. The game then switches back to Michael, so aim towards Franklin's direction (it'll be difficult to see him so move the reticle until it turns red) and then make the shot to free Franklin.
Avoid switching characters from this point and just fight your way out of the slaughterhouse. When you exit the building, gun down any remaining pursuers and then get into the nearby car and drive back to Michael’s house to complete the Mission.
