Note that you will need to have completed a previous world quest featuring Xavier, the Seventh Samurai, for this to be available. Starting Film notes; Outlander Brigade!

- Change In-Game Time to 18:00.
- Select The Following Dialogues When prompted.
- Once Again, Change The In-Game Time to 18:00.
- Go to Nazuchi Beach and Defeat The enemies.
- Talk to Xavier to Begin The Shoot and Complete The Following Objectives.
- Change In-Game Time to 18:00 and Head to The Designated location.
- Speak with Xavier and Select The Following Dialogues
- Finally, Speak with Xavier to Complete The Second Part of The Quest.
