Sunday, 29 August 2021 11:25 SYNOPSIS Major Sinclair Yeates has settled in as a magistrate in rural Ireland and even his wife Philippa is taking to the country.
An English army officer who resigns his commission to become a Resident Magistrate in the West of Ireland, Major Yeates finds himself living in a ramshackle old manor house surrounded by local community's colourful inhabitants.
The Irish R.M.: With Peter Bowles, Bryan Murray, Anna Manahan, Brendan Conroy. When sent to Ireland as magistrate, Major Yeates discovers the justice system must bend to suit local needs, where not everything is as it seems.
