  2. • Applicants must commit to attend the program for 4 weeks in a row. Classes will take place every Wednesday from 6-8pm. The 1st Quarter classes are scheduled for Jan 9, Jan 16, Jan 23 and Jan 30. • Each accepted participant will be charged a $100 admission fee for the Distinguished Citizen Program.
