• Applicants must commit to attend the program for 4 weeks in a row. Classes will take place every Wednesday from 6-8pm. The 1st Quarter classes are scheduled for Jan 9, Jan 16, Jan 23 and Jan 30. • Each accepted participant will be charged a $100 admission fee for the Distinguished Citizen Program.

The Potomac District of the Shenandoah Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America proudly announces Steve Catlett as the 2024 Distinguished Citizen Award Honoree for Berkeley County. Steve is a life long resident of Berkeley County and recently retired after a 45 year career as executive director of the Martinsburg-Berkeley County Parks & Recreation Board.
