I searched vicariously through my library system's catalogs, and I also searched through an interlibrary loan site called Prospector to find a copy of this movie, but no luck. The film came out in 2017 and is a Japanese movie I seriously would love to see. I have some streaming accounts. The English title listed was "Psychic Kusuo."

Development
The film started out with the director going to his eldest son's room, whom was a fan of fellow Jump series, One Piece, and is surprised to find a couple of the volumes of the manga in his bookshelf. He read them, got interested in the story and thought of adapting it and working with Kento Yamazaki, who eventually ended up cast as Kusuo Saiki.
