One of them, The Cosmopolitans, is scripted and directed by one of my all-time favorite American film makers, Whit Stillman. It has many of the aspects of a Stillman film that I appreciate: witty and slightly absurd dialogue, specific character types (ingenue, rouge, playboy, worldly woman/man, etc..). an exotic locale (Paris), dancing, romance as the main topic and primary plot device.
