    • Lark Rise to Candleford. This one comes tippy top of my list because it is possibly the most heart warming, wonderful, and thought provoking show I’ve ever seen.
    • Poldark. No doubt you’ve heard of this one, and no doubt a Masterpiece classic. I even managed to get my husband hooked and he listened to all the books on tape after watching the show.
    • Dr. Quinn the Medicine Woman. Can you believe this whole series is up for grabs on Amazon Prime! Oh Happy Day!! It’s an oldie, but such a goodie! Watch it with the whole family or soak it in all by yourself.
    • Emma. The next 3 are venturing into the world of Jane Austen. I think being familiar with her stories is sort of a rite of passage. Emma is a short series, but delightful nonetheless.
    • Poldark. You guys. You have got to watch this series. If you watch only one series on this list, let this be the one. My friends and I even formed our own secret Poldark Fan Club Facebook group so that we could talk about this show amongst ourselves without people thinking we are crazy.
    • Friday Night Lights. This is my all-time favorite TV series second favorite TV series ever (sorry FNL…Poldark beat you out for first place) and I am not even that big of a football fan.
    • Blue Bloods: This series comes in a close second third of my absolute favorites. I love the family dynamic to this show (and you can’t go wrong with Tom Selleck…I just kept waiting for him to break out into “Goodnight Sweetheart” throughout the entire series).
    • When Calls the Heart. This is the latest series we have watched and I absolutely LOVED it! It is rated G, so even the kiddos could watch this one (although it is geared to adults not kids).
    • The Paradise. I’ve got “The Paradise” at the tippy top of my list for a very good reason. If I could only watch one show for the rest of my life – this would be it.
    • Heartland. In my next life, I am going to be a cowgirl/horse whisperer. Until then, I’m taking lessons from Heartland. Super clean show with great life lessons.
    • Downton Abbey. Downton Abbey – have you heard of it? (hehe) Of course, you have, and I am a total shameless sucker for this show. If not for the incredible acting and British accents – then for the decor and thousands of tables-capes.
    • Merlin. Medieval attire, adventure, magical powers, a little romance, loyalty, and good vs evil – this show is nail-biting addicting! I started it and the hubs couldn’t resist.
  3. The Cleaner: Created by Mizzi Meyer. With Greg Davies, Zita Sattar, Barry Castagnola, Jane Lewis. Paul 'Wicky' Wickstead, a state-certified cleaning technician, is responsible for the removal of any signs of death from crime scenes.
