A goodbye to the 80's. Had no idea this movie even existed until yesterday when it was brought up by my dad in conversation. As you can guess, The Cabinet of Dr. Ramirez is a remake of the legendary film The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari transported from German expressionism to the overbearing hallways, elevators, and skyscrapers of Wall Street circa 1980.
