Olivia (Grace Van Dien) is the secondary villainess in the 2016 Lifetime film Bad Twin (airdate December 29th, 2016). She is the daughter of Cassie and the identical twin sister of Quinn (also portrayed by Grace Van Dien).
Olivia is first seen at her home with her twin sister Quinn after their mother Cassie is arrested for attacking Jenn. Jenn offers to take the girls so they can stay with her while Cassie receives treatment. Cassie instructs her daughters to look for Jenn's will during a video call. Olivia and Quinn see Cassie during a visitation where Cassie manipulates her daughters into convincing Jenn to adopt them so they can inherit Jenn's wealth when Jenn dies. When Jenn's friend Gail expresses her disapproval of the adoption, Olivia then plots to kill Gail in order to stop her from convincing Jenn to change her mind. At the beach, Jenn goes on a run and leaves Gail with the twins with Olivia suggesting that she and Quinn bury Gail in the sand. Once the twins bury her, they leave Gail behind with the high tides coming in. Gail drowns much to Jenn's horror with Olivia and Cassie's plan becoming more successful. Olivia takes Quinn to a forest where Olivia picks poisonous mushrooms when a bystander informs Quinn that the mushrooms are poisonous. Quinn switches out the mushrooms much to Olivia's anger. After Cassie attacks Jenn in court, Jenn officially adopts the girls. Jenn tells the girls that they are going to pick up Cassie for a family picnic with Olivia putting a bunch of bees inside of a box knowing Jenn is allergic to them.
The girls and Jenn pick up Cassie and head the picnic area when Cassie has a meltdown in the car. Olivia gives Cassie the box containing the angry bees and Cassie opens the box causing Jenn to pull the car over. Olivia and Cassie celebrate that their plan succeeded and leave Jenn to die of an allergic reaction. While the evil duo get into the car, Quinn gives Jenn her epipen and drives off with Olivia and Cassie. Quinn tells her mother and sister that they never include her in anything but states that their plan actually failed. Olivia realizes that Quinn foiled their plan and attacks her. As Cassie tries to break up the girl's fight she loses control of the vehicle resulting in Cassie dying and Olivia being knocked out. Jenn manages to safely remove Olivia from the car and calls for help. Olivia is last seen inside a psych ward where she experiences hallucinations and decreasing sanity. After Quinn leaves the room, Olivia begs for her sister to come back and later breaks down sobbing.
