Big Adam’s warming to his younger version gives the story some heart in the midst of the mayhem as well. There is genuine tenderness in his realization that anger does not prevent sadness and that second chances are possible.

The action and Sci-fi comes in second hand and yes, if you are expecting an action packed movie or a mind blowing Sci-fi you might get disappointed. The story focuses on the family and the feelings is what makes this movie special.
