  6. The annual state conference is held in the late March / early April time frame. It is rotated each year between three areas: Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, and Austin-San Antonio. The second is a smaller Board of Managers (BOM) held in early October each year and moves around to other areas of the state with no pattern.
