Tenri is a small city located just to the south of Nara city and is noted for being the location of the headquarters of Tenri-kyo, an offshoot Buddhist religion. It is also the only city in Japan that is named after a religion.
To get to Momoo Falls (桃尾の滝) go to Tenri. If coming on the highway, get off at Tenri and turn right on Route 169. Go about 2.5 km and turn left on Route 25. Go a little over 3km. You'll pass a few houses. Look for a small white sign on your left with the following written on it - 桃尾の滝.
