Laa-Laa and Po are asleep, but Noo-Noo wakes them up, and then they go back to sleep. A voice trumpet rises. Laa-Laa wakes up and listens to it sing about the colour Red. When the voice trumpet goes down, Po wakes up and realises that she is red. The Magic Windmill starts to spin, and the Teletubbies watch some children explore the colour red. Po wakes up as it's time to sing a song of red. A voice trumpet starts singing about red. She makes some adjustments to the Control Panel, and all the lights change to red. Then, she goes outside and continues to sing her red song. She sees three white clouds in the sky, and then they turn red. Then, she sees lots of flowers, and they all turn red, but then, the Magic Windmill stops spinning for Tubby Bye-Bye.
