Telecine (/ ˈ t ɛ l ə s ɪ n eɪ / or / ˌ t ɛ l ə ˈ s ɪ n eɪ /) is the process of transferring film into video and is performed in a color suite. The term is also used to refer to the equipment used in this post-production process.
