Ted Casablanca (born Bruce Wallace Bibby; November 20, 1960) is an American entertainment journalist and gossip columnist. He had an E! Online column called The Awful Truth , which ran for sixteen years, ending in July 2012.
Other television appearances include: Grosse Pointe (2000) (as himself), and in an episode of General Hospital (1963). One of the most important appearances for Ted, though, was his commentary, alongside cast member Barbara Parkins , for the special edition DVD of Valley of the Dolls (1967) .

Ted Casablanca is the alter-ego of entertainment journalist Bruce Bibby. As Casablanca he writes the gossip column The Awful Truth, in which he dishes the dirt on the private lives and public peccadilloes of actors and other stars.
On the night of Nov. 9, Ted Turner will present a colorized version of "Casablanca" on cable television. And that will be one of the saddest days in the history of the movies.
