    Kageyama's past and how he got into volleyball are revealed. Having started playing early due to his grandpa and sister, Kageyama found his volleyball path growing increasingly solitary over the years, until Hinataappeared.

  7. Just like in the manga, we don't see Kageyama's eyes when he's crowned the new king of the court. The anime adds a bit to it, too, though, by showing a clip panning up so we can see him start to smile, and we still don't see his eyes until we cut away to Ukai and back.
