Kimball and built in 1918. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989 and designated an Omaha Landmark in 1990. [2]
During the span of his 30-year career in Omaha, Kimball was responsible for the designs of a number of Omaha’s most architecturally distinguished buildings, including St. Cecilia’s Cathedral, the former Public Library and the Fontenelle Hotel. The Collegiate Gothic style Park School was rehabilitated for use as apartments in the late 1980’s.
