   • There is an entrance fee to get to the viewing platform for the Swallow Falls on the south side of the river, which is accessed through a turnstile gate. The best time to visit the falls is after heavy rainfall and in early mornings to avoid busy crowds. Dogs are welcome, but must be on leads.
