Director Steve Barron (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) film is very much a B-movie and feels like something that would come out of the 90's. However, this isn't entirely a bad thing as it fits the low stakes nature of the plot. The movie is pretty hilarious.

The problem is that a movie needs more than a great premise – it needs to grow and nurture that idea, and that’s where Supervized falls short.
