   But apparently when a bus is running really late it’s ok to miss stops and cut off a whole section of their route to make up time. When you complain you get a snarky reply and treated like your an idiot, and then a “sorry for any inconvenience”. Customer service is pretty much non existent! Date of experience: 10 October 2024.
