You can get all the starter Pokemon from Generations 1 to 4 of the series in the Grand Underground’s different Pokemon Hideaway biomes in the game. If you are looking for a specific starter in each of the different biomes in the Grand Underground, you can simply exit the area and re-enter it. This should change the Pokemon that appears in the biome until you find the one that you want to catch.
