Voyager is the king of the 2-part episode imo. Future's End, Scorpion, Year of Hell, The Killing Game, Unimatrix Zero, Equinox, etc. were all awesome. Even Basics was great even though the Kazons are up there for worst antagonists in all of Star Trek.
