Student-athletes across a range of sporting disciplines offered within the school are encouraged to partake in regular use of the Strength and Conditioning programme. We believe the presence of an effective developmental programme, of which strength and conditioning plays a major part, can significantly assist a student-athlete in optimising their full potential over the long term.

St. Michael’s Junior College School is a Catholic, voluntary fee-paying school for boys between the ages of 3 and 12. Continuing in the educational tradition of the Spiritans the school is located on Ailesbury Road in Dublin 4. The school is managed by a Board of Management elected by Trust, Parents and Teaching Staff.
St Michael's College (Irish: Coláiste Naomh Mícheál) is a voluntary Catholic boys' school, with an associated primary school, located on Ailesbury Road in Dublin 4, Ireland. Founded in 1944 by the Congregation of the Holy Spirit (The Spiritans) as a second feeder school along with Willow Park , it was initially a primary school to Blackrock College .
