A skill pure, often referred to as a level-3 skiller or simply a skiller, is a type of pure dedicated to only developing non-combat skills and leaving their combat level at 3. Skill pures keep their combat stats at level 1 (Hitpoints at level 10) and train all non-combat skills, including the Slayer skill.
