For the most part it did but a few of the early episodes such as Mutiny, Eyes, The Enemy and Stay With the Dead and to an extent The Furthest Man From Home were more Scifi than war. Not bad episodes by any means, I enjoyed them all but the show definitely hadn't found it's footing yet.
