SOKO – Der Prozess is a German five-part crossover between all ZDF SOKO-series. The teams from the SOKOs 5113, Köln, Leipzig, Stuttgart and Wismar clarify to the murder of a policeman and move off in a criminal milieu in which to rule their own law and its own order.
SOKO is a German (ZDF) and Austrian (ORF) police procedural television series franchise. "SOKO" is an abbreviation of the German word Sonderkommission, which means "special investigative team". Some English-language titles do not contain the word "SOKO", however.
