After checking the basics, ie; fresh batteries, re-pairing etc if your Sky Q remote is definitely broken/faulty, if you follow this link it should allow you to do some more troubleshooting and then it’ll send you to a form to request a replacement (apparently this is not available to customers in the ROI).

If you do end up needing a new box it'll probably be via a 'doorstep box swap' whereby DPD deliver a new box and take your faulty box away so remember to remove the viewing card from the old box before it disappears in the back of a van.   9. Jul 29, 2024 · Clearly a software issue on sky Q box given it impacts all streaming apps (BBC, Disney, prime, netflix etc) but only when using sky Q box. Appears to have been ongoing for over 6 months for some customers which is odd, unless their box updated with newer software sooner than mine did.

  10. Jun 3, 2023 · BT Broadband working fine but Sky Q box keeps losing connection.Happened 4 times yesterday and had to reconnect and link up mini hub as well.Not a tech person and dont understand why this is happening.I have turned ECO mode off but to no difference.Very frustrating.
