Children need to be aged 5 and over to bounce unaccompanied in our Open Bounce sessions. Children aged 2-4 years can bounce in these sessions providing that they are always supervised on a 1:1 basis by parent/guardian/adult (over 18). We would also recommend that you bring your children to our dedicated Toddler Bounce sessions for the 5’s and under...

Absolutely! We cater for any age, but please do note it can be quite strenuous so do go at your own pace!

You’re welcome to attend the park alone if you are 12 years of age or older but will not be allowed onto the trampoline park without a signed waiver (signed by a parent/guardian or over 18). We do not provide or accept responsibility for the supervision of children. Children under 12 must be always supervised at the park by a parent or guardian.

The best way to secure your space is via our online booking process. You will need a debit or credit card to complete your booking and it’s advised that you watch our safety video and complete the waiver form prior to arrival. To book online simply click the “Book now” button, select the date and time you want to visit, the number of people in your...

We suggest that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of your session. Because of how the centre runs, we have to stick to our session times. So if you don’t give yourself enough time to get to us before you’re due to start, we’ll only be able to let you use the remaining time for the session you have booked. All participants must complete our man...

Yes, everyone jumping is required to sign a waiver. Those under 18 need to have their waiver signed by parent/guardian or someone over 18. Once a waiver is completed it lasts for 12 months. We strongly recommend that you complete our waivers online when you’re booking sessions. It’s right there for you, it’s easy to fill in and by completing it up ...

Bouncing around will make you sweat, guaranteed! Wear something you would for sport. Something loose fitting that let’s your body breathe. Wear a few layers as the park can be cold in the winter, but don’t worry you will soon warm up! We cannot allow anyone onto the activities wearing any form of jewellery or other items which we feel may cause dam...

Our special ‘grippy’ socks are specially made to provide grip under foot. You have to use them, it’s for your safety and enjoyment ultimately. Take your socks with you when you leave, give them a wash and remember to bring them back the next time you come to see us. You can wear socks from other trampoline parks as long as they are in a suitable co...

For your safety, if you have any known medical conditions that may affect your ability to use our trampoline park, you must consult a doctor before attending your session and declare all details when you complete your waiver form.

If we’re being honest, yes, they can be. But with that said, jumping around on trampolines is no more risky than other action sports. Don’t get too carried away and bounce beyond what you’re physically capable of. It can be tempting we realise, but it’s not worth spoiling a great time for is it? We know the risks are there, so all of our staff have...
