Sep 25, 2021 · Since upgrading phone I have been unable to login to the MySky app. I am able to login to the website without any issues, just can't login to the app. I have tried on my partners phone with the same error. I have also tried both Wi-Fi and 4G with the same error.
Jul 6, 2022 · My Sky app stuck in login loop. Open up the app and it takes you to the 'let's get you set up' first page. Hit continue. It open up a pop-up sign in page. Log in via that.

I am still unable to log in on my Sky App to view my VIP. It has been like this for months now. I have reset my password so many times now and it still does not work . Just keep getting the same message "unknown error"
