Police artist Jack Whitfield (Fahey) is chasing a serial killer who seems to be unstoppable. The only surviving victim is Emmy O'Conner (Cox), who is blind. At first Jack is skeptical but she describes her attacker in uncanny detail and Jack becomes closer to catching the killer.
Courtney Cox plays a blind woman and the only eyewitness/survivor of a serial rapist/killer. Together with the titular, supernaturally talented sketch artist played by Jeff Fahey, they put together a sketch of the perp. The reasoning and way that they shoot the sketching/hands that see is great.
