Sketch Artist II: Hands That See, also known as Sketch Artist II and A Feel for Murder, is a 1995 American made-for-television crime-thriller film written by Michael Angeli and directed by Jack Sholder and starring Jeff Fahey and Courteney Cox.
Courtney Cox plays a blind woman and the only eyewitness/survivor of a serial rapist/killer. Together with the titular, supernaturally talented sketch artist played by Jeff Fahey, they put together a sketch of the perp. The reasoning and way that they shoot the sketching/hands that see is great.
