On 13 October 2017, drummer Simon Taylor announced he was leaving InMe to focus on other ventures. On 10 November 2017, InMe announced that Tom Dalton would be joining as their new drummer. InMe performed two shows with Scottish rockers Gun at the end of 2017, which were Dalton's first shows with the band.

Simon Taylor. InMe are an English alternative rock band based in Brentwood, Essex, UK. To date, the band have released 5 highly successful studio albums, a "best of", and two DVDs, spawning a number of Top 40 UK singles and years of touring playing great shows and festivals around the UK, Europe and the world.
In a twist of fate, whilst going to the headlining act in March 2001, MDN's A&R department caught InMe (stiil called 'Drowned' at the time) playing the very last song of their aet - 'LAva Twilight', which had to run late due to a broken cymbal.
