A dessert-style spin on an amber ale. Using Graham crackers & oats in the mash. Lactose, brown sugar, marshmallows, sweet orange peel, vanilla beans, and a dash of rosemary in the boil. Cinnamon, 6lbs fresh turmeric, and 60 lbs of roasted sweet potatoes were added to the fermenter.
