It’s a fun game to spot them, but it also makes the viewer pay close attention and appreciate the excellent production design (or, encourage the viewer to watch again, just to see if they can find the numbers the next time).

Greenaway fans that have suffered with these early DVDs should be thrilled with this new Blu-ray. The linear PCM audio is imperfect but this would be in-line with the original production. It is significantly superior to the SD - and adds optional (HoH) subtitles.
