Just watch the first half of the new arc up to episode 126 or 127. Then jump to episode 228 to start the Zanpakuto Rebellion arc that ends in episode 265. Between episode 255 and 265 there is some meaningless episode, but you need episode 265 to finish the arc.
I highly recommend you to just read the manga instead. It's the more streamlined version, and you won't have to be looking for guides. It's also the version closest to the author's vision, since it the studio basically becomes a filter to turn a manga into an animated series.

You can either start with Of Blood and Fire or withe The Fall. I would suggest publication order, so start with Of Blood and Fire. That is the more rewarding experience imho.
