You get a free week to read as much as you like. You can search for storylines and they’ll devise a reading order for you, etc. it’s nice. Amazon, as much as they messed up merging Comixogy into the main site it is still the best option.
I’ve recently got into comics and am thinking of getting a tablet to read online. The amount of services is a little overwhelming, however. Does anyone have any suggestions on reading older and currently running series online?

- Comic Book Plus. Visit Comic Book Plus. Established in 2006, Comic Book Plus is the self-proclaimed home of Golden and Silver Age comic books. For those not in the know, these are classic superhero originals from the ’30s, 40’s, and 50’s, and the hugely popular mainstream publications such as the Fantastic Four, and Spiderman, that followed in the 60s and 70s.
- Tapas. Visit Tapas. If you’re looking to branch out from the likes of DC and Marvel and discover something a little less mainstream, then Tapas.io is a fantastic place to begin.
- ComiXology. Visit ComiXology. ComiXology is an Amazon subscription service that gives you access to more than 40,000 comics, graphic novels, and manga.
