   6 is certainly the most comparable game to 9. A lot of what 9 is doing is building off of 6's features. 6 had a lot going for it but is mostly just held back by being clearly rushed to meet release dates. The combat system itself had a lot of potential but it was obvious it wasn't anywhere near complete.
