Japanese with eng subs is the way to go. The Voice Acting is some of the best I've seen in any movie or show or even compared to any game ive played. Even if you go for English dub I personally suggest the Netflix dub because it has MUCH more emotion and is much closer to the Japanese version.
The absolute best way with easy access to things would be in Japanese with English Subs. The Original Show + Death + EoE is on Netflix, while the four Rebuild films are on Amazon Prime.
