Absolutely read the books first. The second and third movie have completely different plot line from the books. The majority of the community believes the books are superior. alr fair enough. i just need to find someone who has them or get in line at the library now lolll.
You don't need to. They are entirely separate, and the first book and movie are the only ones with any similarities of note, and even then, those similarities won't affect watching the movie in the slightest. Also, as to your original question - what you should expect is action, especially in The Death Cure.

Jan 6, 2015 · No, definitely read the first book. There was a lot of stuff missed in the movies that won't make sense to you if you move on to the second book. Also the first book is wonderful and worth the read.
