If there has, there is no need for you to make a new issue. Doing so makes it take longer for the dev to work on the ice & fire mod. However if the issue has not already been reported, please make the report as it tells the dev what is going wrong.
In my opinion, mod is pretty balanced. I personally wouldn't use on my own, but in packs like enigmatica 2 expert, the dragons are a good substitute for dragon hearts and you can find some good loot in their nests, although all that if you can bear the insane lag this mid causes.
Looking at the update history of Ice and Fire, there should be an update within the next month or two, which may be a major update. But that's just a guess based off update history, I have no real information if there will be an update anytime soon.
