You just take the ore you want to convert to an anvil and the crafting recipe will appear. It only allows you to change it into the equal counterpart though. Eg iron to lead or gold to platinum and vice versa. The mod is available to download through the Mod Browser inside of tModLoader

Ores are various types of minerals which can be found and mined throughout the world, including underground and on Floating Islands. All ores are mined using a pickaxe (though not all pickaxes will work on all ores) and smelted at a Furnace, Hellforge or Adamantite/Titanium Forge.
