All you need to do is fill in the relevant form, found on this page, approved by the appropriate Trustee Board. Once completed, you can send this into us at support@scouts.org.uk . We’ll update Compass for you, and file a permanent copy in our Heritage Collection.

Medical forms are required for all scouts annually - Part C is needed for events longer than 72 hours (ie summer camp). Parts A & B only are required for participating adults. Indicate whether vaccinations are up to date, individual dates are not necessary.

This form is to be used by anyone over 18 years of age who wishes to volunteer with the Scouts, or become a member of Scout Network. The form is designed to support the collecting of information to help input data onto Compass, the Scouts online membership system.
